Xiphos has developed a sophisticated but light weight application that can be used by any traffic administrator anywhere in any country. This is a Google operating system ‘ANDROID’ based application named ASTV that can be easily installed in any android phone irrespective of make and model.

This application also has a unique feature like capturing the vehicle image engaged in the violation. The application will collect the information about the location of violation, violation type, vehicle number, vehicle type, road direction, penalty amount, traffic guard, beat number etc. Once entered and submitted it will upload into the web server for centralized operation and monitoring.

E-receipt will then get generated immediately using an attached Bluetooth printer for immediate service and collection of fine/penalty. Once the penalty amount is collected, sergeant will then update the system by acknowledging the same else driver/owner will pay later as per existing fine/penalty collection system.
